Terms and Conditions

By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. Overview

The Loveliest Blooms is a California-based luxury floral design studio offering custom floral arrangements and related services through this website. These Terms govern your access and use of our website and any purchases made through it.


2. Products & Design Disclaimer

All floral designs are one-of-a-kind and created based on seasonal availability, market selection, and artistic discretion.


Substitutions may be made without prior notice, maintaining quality and overall aesthetic.


By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that no two arrangements are identical and final design elements may vary.


3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed through our secure payment platforms, venmo , zelle, chase bank. 


Full payment is required at the time of pick up delivery date. I require 50% deposit at order


Sales tax is applied as required by California state law.


We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.


4. Delivery Terms

We offer local delivery in designated areas. SACRAMENTO ONLY


It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.


If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:


Leave the arrangement in a secure location


Contact the recipient or you for alternate instructions


Reschedule the delivery (subject to additional fees)


We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or incorrect information.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom and perishable nature of floral products:


Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup.


If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.


Refunds are issued only in the event of verified product damage or service failure.


6. Workshops & Event Policies 

Tickets to workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred with approval.


Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event for credit.


We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen issues.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, logos, product images, and design photos — is the exclusive property of The Loveliest Blooms.


You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.


Sharing or reposting our work must include clear credit and a link to our site or social media.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Loveliest Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or services.


Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for your order.


9. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in a California court of competent jurisdiction.

Return and Refund Policy

At The Loveliest Blooms, we take great pride in the quality, freshness, and artistry of every design. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our floral arrangements, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All floral designs are made to order using seasonal blooms and are uniquely created. Variations and substitutions are a natural part of our process, and we do not offer refunds for these artistic differences.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders

If you believe your order was delivered in poor condition, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the arrangement. If verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location
     
  • Contact the recipient or sender
     
  • Redeliver (subject to additional delivery fees)
     

We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
